New Look Design is a class act. Mine was quite a complex job of fitting new plumbing components over three floors in my old and rambling house, checking carefully at every stage and getting everything working smoothly and leak-free. The team was patient when (inevitable) unforeseen snags needed to be sorted, and went to work with good humour and great skill. The result is a comprehensive face-lift of my plumbing and I’m really pleased with what’s been achieved. Turning on taps and flushing loos has never been so pleasurable!
